GSE97153: Transcriptome of Trophoblast Stem Cells

Three kinds of TSCs with different genotype of mouse Tet2 including Tet2+/-, Tet2-/-and wild-type TSCs were harvested . Total RNA was isolated from cell pellets by Trizol reagent and RNA-Seq library were generated using KAPA Strandard mRNA-Seq Kits according to the manufacturers recommendations.
