Accessibility Statement for Pluto Bio
Pluto Bio is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Our mission is to make the world more productive. To accomplish this, we must ensure our platform is accessible to everyone.
We are committed to a multi-year plan to improve our platform and ensure it adheres to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We are excited to continue this journey toward a more accessible Pluto.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Pluto Bio is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are executing a remediation roadmap with quarterly reviews led by our Security & Compliance team to address these gaps.
What We Are Working On
- Partnering with external accessibility experts to administer our accessibility program and oversee governance.
- Scheduling comprehensive training sessions to ensure our team is knowledgeable about developing and supporting all of our users.
- Running continuous audits to identify and address areas for improvement, including manual and automated testing across key user flows.
- Integrating accessibility principles into our design system so we build every experience with all users in mind.
Accommodations & Support
In accordance with state and federal law requiring effective communication in a timely manner, Pluto Bio offers interim accommodations for any users blocked by accessibility barriers. If a user cannot access specific data or features, our support team will provide that data in an accessible format (e.g., Excel, CSV, or text description) upon request.
