To gain insight into the molecular changes during OSCC carcinogenesis, we performed unbiased, whole genome deep sequencing (RNA-seq) using RNA isolated from cultured, human TERT-immortalized, non-tumorigenic OKF6-TERT1R and OSCC SCC-9 cells.
