GSE156606: Changes of gene expression patterns of Mouse TC-1 cell lines responding to Interferon-gamma [TC-1 cell line]

We report the differences of gene expression pattern of Mouse TC-1 cell lines responding to Interferon-gamma. TC-1 cell lines were treated with 20ng/ml of Interferon-gamma for 72 hours and gathered for RNA seq.
