GSE156064: Total RNA sequencing of cultured splenic PKM2WT and PKM2KO NK cells
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
PKM2 has recently been characterised in macrophages and T cells to play a crucial signalling role, impacting the transcription of downstream metabolic enzymes and effector molecules. We sought to test whether it plays a role in NK cells through whole RNA sequesncing of cells with or without PKM2. SOURCE: Jessica Walls (wallsj@tcd.ie) - National Cancer Institute
