GSE155739: DJ-1 (PARK7) affects the gut microbiome, metabolites, and development of Innate lymphoid cells (ILCs)
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
Purpose of this study is to identify the role of DJ-1 in the brain inflammation at moleculer level. Thus, we isolated the mid-brain region including the substantia nigra and performed the RNA-sequencing to decipher the role of inflammation in neurodegeneration.
