GSE155201: EBV LMP1 manipulates the content and functions of extracellular vesicles to enhance metastatic potential of recipient cells [RNA-seq]

  • Organsim human
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

Here, we report EBV oncogene LMP1 modified EV have the ability to enhance metastatic potential of non-cancer cell lines. After 24h treatment of HK1-LMP1 EV, about 179 transcripts were upregulated and 235 transcripts were downregulated comparing with HK1 EV. Those differentially expressed genes showed an enrichment and potential function in cell cycle, cellular growth and proliferation, cell death and survival and cancer.
