GSE154677: Zinc Uptake and Storage During the Formation of the Cerebral Cortex in Mice

  • Organsim mouse
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

The aim of this work was to analyse the transcriptome of the mice cerebral cortex (or neocortex) during embryogenesis and at post-natal age. This complete transcriptomic analysis was dedicated to the analysis of the genes participating in the homeostasis of Zinc during brain development and formation.; Our study represents a detailed analysis of transcriptomes during formation and dvelopment of the brain cortex, with biologic triplicates, generated by RNA-seq technology. This will provide a framework for comparative investigations of expression profiles. Our work offers an accurate quantitative and qualitative evaluation of mRNA content during mice embryogenesis.
