GSE154182: Deletion of the gene encoding the N-methyl-D Aspartate Receptor GluN1 subunit in Schwann cells causes ultrastructural changes in Remak bundles and hypersensitivity in pain processing
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
Mouse DRGs (n=3 per genotype) were isolated from a novel mouse model with conditional deletion of Glun1 in Schwann cells (GluN1-) and corresponding littermate controls (Glun+). P0Cre recombinase is the driver. Transcriptome profiling of DRGs revealed 138 differenially regulated genes in Glun1- mice. On third of the regulated genes are known to be involved in pain processing. SOURCE: Wendy,Marie,Campana (wcampana@health.ucsd.edu) - Campana University of California San Diego
