GSE153367: Transcriptional Sequencing of Epicardium-Derived Cells from the Mouse Embryo

  • Organsim mouse
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

The goal of this study was to perform transcriptional profiling of epicardium-derived cells during cardiac development. Epicardium-derived cells were collected from wild-type and MRTF-A and MRTF-B (MRTFdKO) hearts in order to evaluate the impact of deleting a mechanosensitive gene program (MRTFs) in the epicardium. This transcriptional data provides a resource to determine relative mRNA changes in epicardium-derived cells with altered gene programs related to epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition.
