GSE152757: Febrile temperature change modulates CD4 T cell differentiation via a TRPV channel-regulated Notch-dependent pathway
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
Here we report the transcriptomic differences between ex vivo CD4+ T cells (nave CD4+ T Cells), CD4+ T cells activated with a mixture of anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 for 3 hours in vitro at 37C and 39C. At the higher temperature, we report the upregulation of protein folding machinery while downregulation of genes associated with mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation and cytoplasmic proteiin synthesis.
