GSE149609: Multi-omics analysis reveals divergent epigenetic regulation of gene expression and drivers of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (RNA-Seq)
- Organsim human
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
Purpose: Epigenetic landscapes can shape physiologic and disease phenotypes. We used whole genome bisulfite sequencing, RNAseq, and ChIP-seq technologies to understand the methylome profiling, gene expression and regulation via epigenetic alterations on esophageal sequamouse carcinoma comparing to adjacent non-tumor tissues.
