GSE148985: Mapping of hydrogen sulfide molecular targets in human keratinocytes

  • Organsim human
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

In the present paper, we report on the pan-genomics and pan-proteomics analysis of cultured epithelial sheets of human keratinocyte progenitors. Our results notably show that NaHS stimulates the secretion of specific pro-inflammatory cytokines and promotes the synthesis of molecules involved in antioxidative mechanisms SOURCE: joel lachuer (lachuer@univ-lyon1.fr) - Profilexpert platform university Lyon1
