GSE144503: -Catenin and FGFR2 Regulate Postnatal Rosette-Based Adrenocortical Morphogenesis
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
We show that -catenin stabilization leads to increased FGFR2, which is required for rosette formation by regulating AJ stability and dynamics. Our results provide the basis for studying adrenal glomerular morphogenesis and the role of rosettes in on-going zG tissue maintenance and function.
