GSE143583: Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of transcriptomes in Human PBMC-derived Ms and TAMs
- Organsim human
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
The goals of NGS-derived macrophage transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) is to identify the differences of signaling pathway between normal Ms and tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs). Human PBMC-derived Ms were generated in vitro, and TAMs were generated by using coculture with human myeloma cell lines U266 or ARP1 for 72 hours. Total RNA was extracted using RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen). 5-10 g RNA samples were sent to BGI genomics for RNA-seq followed by data analysis.
