GSE143496: Species-specific processing of long noncoding RNAs contributes to non-conserved functions in human and mouse stem cells
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
Subcellular RNA-seq datasets are used for genome-wide RNA localization analysis. We find different subcellular localization of lncRNAs in human and mouse stem cells. FAST, one of conserved lncRNAs with different localizations, is validated to be important for stem cell pluripotency. Futher, splicing factor PPIE is revealed to regulate RNA processing and localization.
