RNA expression was profiled in B-cell lymphoma cell lines treated with CC0483115 (CC-115) using strand-specific RNA-sequencing. The following cell lines were tested: GRANTA (mantle cell lymphoma, resistant to CC-115), JEKO (mantle cell lymphoma, sensitive), Jiyoye (Burkitt lymphoma, resistant), RAMOS (Burkitt lymphoma, sensitive), RPMI8226 (multiple myeloma (MM), sensitive), and U-266 (MM, resistant).
