GSE138618: Impact of ZFAND3 knockdown on whole-genome gene expression in GBM cells
- Organsim human
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
ZFAND3 was beforehand identified to be invasion essentiel in GBM cells using genome-wide shRNA library screen to identify invasion-defective and invasion-essentiel genes. The knockdown of ZFAND3 decreases invasion behaviour of GBM cells. To determine the differences in gene expression upon knockdown, whole-genome RNA sequencing was performed.
