GSE137606: Identification of novel genes involved in postnatal longitudinal muscle growth
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
Overall goal: To identify genes involved in postnatal longitudinal muscle growth through misregulation by neonatal brachial plexus injury leading to contracture formation. Purpose of analysis: To generate a transcriptional profile of mice given unilateral neonatal brachial plexus injuries. Experimental structure: The transcriptional profiles generated from the RNA-Seq analysis would be compared as neonatally-denervated biceps muscle versus the contralateral control to identify genes regulating postnatal longitudinal muscle growth.
