GSE137492: Dissecting the dynamics of signaling events in the BMP,WNT and NODAL cascade during self-organized fate patterning in human gastruloids
- Organsim human
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
To determine the in vivo cellular identity of BMP-treated human embryonic stem cells (hESCs), we performed bulk RNA sequencing data of hESCs under pluripotency and BMP-treated conditions. Our analyses show that BMP-treated hESCs resemble human trophoblast cells in vivo. SOURCE: Aryeh Warmflash (aw21@rice.edu) - Rice University
