GSE136655: NON-CELL AUTONOMOUS FUNCTIONS OF SPHINGOSINE KINASE 2 AND TP53 IN ANTI-TUMOR IMMUNITY
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
We compared the global transcriptomes of wild type and SphK2 null fibroblasts by RNA-seq as a first step toward understanding the mechanism by which deletion or inhibition of SphK2 and elevation of p53 acts in a non-cell autonomous manner to create a hostile, anti-tumor microenvironment.
