Purpose: to analyze gene expression in THZ531 treated liver cancer cells. Methods: Hep3B and Huh7 cells are treated with THZ531 for 24 hours. SNU449 cells are treated with THZ531 for 48 hours. For RNA sequencing, the library was prepared using TruSeq RNA sample prep kit according to the manufacturers protocol (Illumina).
