GSE134456: Next generation sequencing facilitates the mapping of the transcriptomes of two E3 ligase knock out macrophages

The goal of this study was to compare RNA-seq data generated from WT, Ing4-/- and Socs1-/- RAW 264.7 macrophages. These are two known E3 ligases for the trancription factor NF-kB and so their functional consequences on transcription were explored in this study.
