GSE132675: RNA-sequence of epithelial-specific active mTOR transgenic mouse lung
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
The purpose of this study is to identify the roles of epithelial active mTOR in lung fibrosis. We generated Sftpc-mTOR transgeneic mice, in which active mTOR is conditionally expressed in alveolar epithelial type II cells (AECII). We obtained AECII from mice and performed RNA sequencing.
