GSE132323: RNA-seq analysis of differentially expressed genes between 2-week WT and Ngn3MettlsKO mice.

Using RNA-seq, we identified over 500 differentially expressed genes in KO islets, compared to WT. Among them, a cluster of genes involved in insulin secretion, ion transportation an prolferation were significantly changed.
