GSE131887: Analysis of gene expression from TC3 cells of Rip-Tag2 PanNET mouse model upon miR-137 and miR-23b cluster doxycycline (DOX) induction
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
Using cross-species analysis, we have previously shown that the miR-137 and the miR-23b microRNA cluster are upregulated in the more aggressive and metastatic, mouse and human, primary tumors, designated as met-like primary (MLP). In order to identify miRNA target genes, we overexpressed the miRNAs in an inducible manner in the insulinoma-like TC3 cells and performed RNA-seq.
