GSE131840: Transcriptomic analysis of effect of oncolytic measles virus (MV) on transformed and non-transformed bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)
- Organsim human
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
The mechanisms by which oncolytic vaccine strains of measles virus exert their tumor selectivity are not well elucidated.; The goal of this study is to compare the gene expression profiles of MV-resistant MSC cell line (hTERT) and MV-susceptible MSC cell line (5H) before and after infection with MV (24 hours post infection); Through RNA-seq we were able to identify genes that are potentially contribute to the resistant phenotype of hTERT cells compared to their malignant counterparts, 5H cells.
