GSE131729: RNA sequencing of mouse placenta in control and protein restricted pregnancies
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
We used RNA sequencing to identify differentially expressed genes in whole mouse placentas. Pregnant mice were fed either a 20% or 6% protein (isocaloric) two-weeks before mating and throughout pregnancy. Placental lysates are derived from C57BL/6 conceptuses at E16.5 of gestation.
