GSE131697: A fully defined protocol for differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into forebrain neural progenitors
- Organsim human
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
Human embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) were differentiated into forebrain neural progenitors using a fully defined protocol with dual SMAD-inhibition. Cells were taken at four time points to monitor temporal changes in the transcriptome over the course of differentiation. SOURCE: Johan JakobssonMolecular Neurogenetics Lund University
