GSE129379: Identification of novel neuroprotective loci modulating ischemic stroke volume in a cross between wild-derived inbred mouse strains
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
We employed RNA-sequencing to identify differentially expressed genes between two wild-derived inbred mouse strains. These strains exhibit high collateral blood vessel densities, but differ in widely in infarct volume following middle artery occlusion. This experiment helped facilitate identification of candidate loci underlying this differential response.
