RNA-seq analysis at steady state of primary bone marrow neutrophils isolated from WT and CD200R-/- C57BL6 mice. Of the 323 genes that were significantly differentially expressed, one of the major pathways that differed included genes related to reactive oxygen species (ROS) clearance and scavenging.
