GSE128288: Programmable RNA-guided RNA effector proteins built from human parts
- Organsim human
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
Epitranscriptomic regulation controls information flow through the central dogma and provides new opportunities to control the cellular outputs at the RNA level. However, both basic science and translational applications are limited by a lack of methods to target RNA specifically. Here we present a novel protein engineering approach to construct probgrammable RNA regulatory systems from human parts: CRISPR/Cas-Inspired RNA Targeting System (CIRTS).
