GSE127234: Transcriptome profiling of CD8+ T cells exposed to vehicle or IL-1b treatment in vivo
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
RNA sequencing analysis is capable of quantitatively analyzing transcriptome of a cell population at a genome-wide level. To determine the impact of systemic IL-1b administration on T cell differentiation in vivo, we adoptively transferred OT-I CD8+ T cells to a host, followed by OVA/LPS immunization and 3 daily injections of PBS or IL-1b. On day 4, OT-I cells from draining lymph nodes were sorted and the RNA was extracted for sequencing. SOURCE: Devikala Gurusamy (devi.kala@gmail.com) - Restifo Lab NCI - NIH
