GSE121489: Transcriptomics analysis of enteroendocrine cells after vertical sleeve gastrectomy

We report here the transcriptome of sorted enteroendocrine cells from duodenum, ileum and colon from mice after vertical sleeve gastrectomy or sham operation, weight matched or not.
