GSE119131: RNAseq of ribosomal fractionation to assess the effect of CBFB on translation regulation
- Organsim human
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
Five million wild type (WT) and CBFB knockout (CBFB_KO) MCF10A cells were subject to ribosomal fractination. Total RNA from each fraction was extracted using Trizol followed by Qiagen RNAeasy kit. Polyribosomal fractions were polled as one sample. RNAs in the free, mono- (mono) and polyribosomal (poly) fractions were used for RNAseq.
