GSE118279: Unr is a potential post-transcriptional master regulator of protein expression
- Organsim human
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
Ribonucleoprotein immunoprecipitation followed by mass spectrometry and RNA-Seq was used to investigate the Upstream of N-RAS (UNR) protein interactome across three cancer cell lines. A number of novel UNR-interacting proteins and transcripts were discovered, including the ubiquitin E3 ligase, HUWE1; the nucleolar protein, NARR; the multifunctional protein, SQSTM1; and the erythropoiesis-related protein, LDB1. GO-term analysis of putative UNR interactors suggested that UNR interacts with both proteins and mRNAs encoding proteins that are involved in RNA binding SOURCE: Nigel,Paul,Dyer (nigel.dyer@warwick.ac.uk) - University of Warwick
