GSE114637: Transcription differences in DLBCL cell lines U2932, DOHH2 on treatment with TK compound compared to DMSO
- Organsim human
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
These experiments were designed to investigate the effectiveness of TK compound in treating DLBCL. Ets family transcription factors frequently have a role in driving DLBCL, and as this compound is known to prevent interactions with Ets family members, we wanted to determine whether this would be an effective treatment strategy by evaluating the effect of treatment on Ets target genes.
