GSE105128: KAP1 regulates Treg function and proliferation.
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
KAP1 is a partner of Foxp3 in Tregs. Since Treg specific KAP1 deficient mice develop autoimmune disease, KAP1 is an important factor. To address the mechanisms of KAP1 regulation in Treg function, we performed RNA-seq analysis. SOURCE: Shigeru Tanaka (stanaka@benaroyaresearch.org) - Benaroya Research Institute
