GSE101707: Total RNA expression profiling in mesenteric arteries of mice infused or not with angiotensin II for 7 and 14 days
- Organsim mouse
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
We used next-generation sequencing (NGS) to profile total RNA in small arteries of mice infused or not with angiotensin (Ang) II for 7 and 14 days. The goal was to identify differentially expressed genes that are associated with Ang II-induced vascular injury and hypertension.
