GSE100441: Integrated Transcriptomic and Proteomic Dynamics of Rituximab Treatment in Primary B Cells
- Organsim human
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
The investigation aims to profile the molecular dynamics of Rituximab treatment in cells. Specifically, primary B cells were treated with Rituximab, and sampled across 6 time points. Treated and untreated cells were processed to extract RNA and protein, that were subsequently used in high-throughput analysis of the transcriptome (RNA-Sequencing) and proteome (mass spectrometry).
