GSE99081: External RNA Control Consortium (ERCC) spikes in RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) data normalization: transcriptome analysis of yellow fever virus-infected cells
- Organsim human
- Type RNASEQ
- Target gene
- Project ARCHS4
We explored the ability of External RNA Control Consortium (ERCC) standards to detect technical biases between batches of sequencing experiments and to set detection thresholds. We compared three normalization methods (FPKM, DESeq2 and RUV) to identify the optimal analysis approach. SOURCE: magali roche (magali.roche@lyon.unicancer.fr) - university lyon 1
