GSE133253: Transcriptional response in ileum tissue from wild-type and Fat1+/- male mice

Males were placed onto an all liquid diet with gradually increasing amounts of ethanol as follows: no ethanol for 2 days, 1% (v/v) for 2 days, 2% for 2 days, 4% for 1 week, 5% for 1 week, and 6% for 3 weeks. At the end of the experiment, one group from each genotype was injected with 5 mg/kg LPS. Mice were then euthanized 24 hours later.
