The purpose of this project was to find key long non-coding RNAs and mRNAs in rectal adenocarcinoma. RNA-sequencing was performed to identify the differentially expressed mRNAs (DEmRNAs) and lncRNAs (DElncRNAs) in rectal adenocarcinoma compared to normal tissue.
