Purpose: To explore the mechanism of circMRPS35-mediated suppression of proliferation and invasion in gastric cancer. Methods: MGC-803 cells were transfected with control and SiRNA-circMRPS35, in triplicate. Total RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent.
