We performed RNA sequencing in Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts (MEFs) of GR wild-type and GR Zn. Cells were treated with: vehicle (EtOH), Dexamethasone (Dex), Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or Dex+LPS.
