GSE143929: Gene expression profile of primary cultures of neonatal cardiomyocytes treated with specific GapmeRs

Bulk RNA sequencing

The eRNAs are non coding transcripts involved in the control of gene expression. To verify the biological effects of IRENE-SS and -div (Intergenic Regulatory Element Nkx2-5 Enhancer -same strand and -divergent) knockdown, we analyzed the differentially gene expression profile of cells treated with either of the two specific gapmers versus cardiomyocytes transfected with a scrambled sequence control. We also determined whether IRENE-SS or -div silencing modified the expression of NKX2-5 target genes. SOURCE: Simone Serio (simone.serio@humanitasresearch.it) - Humanitas Research Hospital
