Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare the transcription difference between purified dermal adipocytes and inguinal adipocytes; Methods: Transcriptome of purified dermal adipocytes and inguinal adipocytes were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina Hiseq 2500 v3 sequencing system.
