GSE117520: RNA-sequencing of primary intestinal epithelial cells from wild-type mice

This dataset consists of RNA-sequencing of isolated mouse intestinal epithelial cells. Intestinal epithelial cells were isolated from C57BL/6 wild-type mice in our SPF facility at 4 weeks and 8 weeks of age.
