GSE154775: Single cell transcriptome profiling for hidradenitis suppurativa
Bulk RNA sequencing
Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is a debilitating chronic inflammatory disease characterized by chronic abscess formation and development of multiple draining sinus tracts in the groin, axillae, and perineum. Through the use of transcriptomic approaches, we characterize the inflammatory responses in HS in depth, revealing the cell types and immune responses involved.
