GSE134876: Reciprocal regulation of EGR1 and EZH2 in breast cancer cells

Bulk RNA sequencing

We found that EGR1 stimulates the expression of EZH2, which in turn inhibited the expression of EGR1 through a silencer region and deletion of the silencer resulted in upregulation of EGR1, which reduced the malignancy of breast cancer cells.
